Festival Terms:
- All Sales Are Final, No Refunds:
- We understand plans may change, but all ticket sales are final, and refunds are not available.
- Tickets Available Only Through Our Website:
- Ensure authenticity by purchasing tickets exclusively through our official website. No tickets will be available through third-party sellers.
- If you would like to transfer your tickets, please contact customerservice@healingappalachia.org
- Ticket Presentation at Entry:
- Attendees must present a valid ticket when entering the festival grounds.
- Right to Remove Attendees:
- We reserve the right to remove individuals from the property for violations of our policies, with no refund provided.
- First Come, First Serve for Camping and Parking:
- Camping and parking spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our staff will direct you to the proper, designated areas.
- Prohibited Items:
- Firearms, illegal drugs, and alcohol brought onto the property are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal without a refund.
- No Pets or Dogs, Except Certified Service Animals:
- Only certified service animals are allowed on the premises. This does not include emotional support animals or any other pets or dogs.
- No Coolers or Glass Containers:
- For safety reasons, coolers and glass containers of any type are prohibited inside the stadium.
- No Outside Food or Drink:
- Outside food or drink is prohibited within the stadium.
- No Umbrellas, Pop-Up Tents, or Other Tents:
- To ensure everyone’s visibility and safety, umbrellas, pop-up tents, and other pop-up structures are not allowed inside the stadium.
- No Blow-Up Chairs:
- For the comfort and safety of all attendees, blow-up chairs are not permitted inside the stadium.
- No Wagons or Other Carts:
- To maintain clear pathways and ease of movement, wagons or other carts are not allowed inside the stadium.
Camping Terms:
The Boyd County Fairgrounds, as a private entity, reserves the right to enforce campground rules and may ask individuals to leave if they violate those rules or engage in behavior deemed inappropriate by the festival organizers. For the safety of everyone involved, camping is allowed in designated areas only, and at the direction of the Festival parking personnel.
- Campground opens at 12pm on Thursday, September 18th, 2025.
- NO ATVS or GOLF CARTS PERMITTED IN THE CAMPGROUND
- Due to the high volume of traffic, bicycles are not permitted in the festival area.
- No “open” fires are permitted in the camping area. Grills are allowed.
- Possession/use of drugs, alcohol, and/or firearms is not permitted on the property.
- Excessive noise is not allowed. Violators will be asked to leave.
- No soliciting permitted on the property.
- No Pets. Service dogs welcome(Please have all documentation)
- One camper plus one vehicle is allowed per camper/RV space.
- All other vehicles to be parked in the free parking area. No tents shall be allowed in RV spots.
- Camper is responsible for leaving the area clean.
- Use available trash containers; however, do not move from locations where originally placed by fair staff.
- No liquid wastes allowed on ground surface—this includes sewage or gray water.
- Camper is to observe quiet times between 11pm– 6am
- ALL GENERATORS ARE TO TURNED OFF during these hours. Violators will be asked to leave.
- Camper is responsible for actions and any destruction caused by others who are traveling with or visiting while camper is on fairgrounds property. Violators will be asked to leave.
- Camper agrees to pay for any damage he/she causes to the premises. Camper agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the SFWV, its officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, losses, damages, penalties, and expenses, including court costs and attorney’s fees, arising from or incurred because of The Campers’ actual or alleged actions or omissions with respect to the premises. The Camper assumes all risk of liability arising from or in connection with his rental of the camping space and other activities at the premises and assumes and shall bear all risk of loss or damage to, or theft or destruction of, his equipment and personal property at the premises. Camper must have the camping permit visible at all times. No camping without a permit.
Photo Disclaimer
Photographs and/or video will be taken at festival. By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, and press releases. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform an event organizer.
